GRANT REQUEST

TO BOARD ON MEETING DEVELOPMENT & NURTURE FROM A MONTHLY MEETING REQUIREMENTS: THERE ARE NO SPECIFIC LIMITATIONS ON THE PURPOSE OF THE MONIES BEING SOUGHT TO ASSIST A MONTHLY MEETING, OTHER THAN THAT IT DOES GO TO THE CONTINUATION OF THE MEETING AND THE MEETING'S GOALS. GRANTS ARE LIMITED TO ONE GRANT PER YEAR FOR A MONTHLY MEETING. GRANT AMOUNTS ARE LIMITED TO $3,000. THE REQUEST MUST BE APPROVED BY THE MONTHLY MEETING FOR BUSINESS AND SIGNED OR SUBMITTED BY THE PRESIDING CLERK OF THE MONTHLY MEETING. THE MEETING IS REQUIRED TO SEND A REPORT AND/OR PICTURES SHOWING THE RESULTS OF YOUR REQUEST.
